SB Tactical® Pistol Stabilizing Braces are designed and intended only for use as forearm braces. Offering fixed, adjustable and side-folding models, our braces enhance the aesthetics, performance and usability of large frame pistols.

This adapter is from a SB tactical brace for MP5/SP5. It is metal construction and is a nice tight lockup on my SP5. I no longer use the brace on my gun, so I don't need this adapter anymore. This fits the B&T side folding stocks as well as the SB tactical side folding brace.
